-We can’t accept returns for the following items; Custom or personalised orders, Intimate items such as earrings or necklaces(for health/hygiene reasons), Digital downloads or Perishable products (such as food or flowers).
-If you change your mind and want to cancel your order please do it as soon as possible.
-We will do our best to cancel your order where possible but if it has already been dispatched you may have to refuse delivery or return it to us.
- If you have cancelled an order and payment has already been taken out of the account in question you will receive a refund.

- We hope this doesn’t happen , as we try our best to quality check and make sure all our items are protected but if you have after delivery received faulty or damaged item/s CLEARLY CAUSED BY ABIGAIA; Please take a picture of the product/s within a day of receiving them , get in contact with us and we will try our best and resolve the issue .
-Unfortunately we are not able to cover the cost of return postage for cancelled orders or damaged/faulty items that have not been caused by us.
